He is the mentor & founder of World Travel Centre Colombo (Pvt.) Ltd., a company which believes in innovation right from the very beginning. A veteran in the local travel arena, Sudharma is well known for his sportsmanship especially in the famous gentleman's game. Sometime back, when Sudharma was selected for the national Cricket Team to represent Sri Lanka, he might had a slightest feeling that one fine day a professional team from the leisure industry in office, as a different ball game altogether, could be lead using similar techniques that were natured from the famous cricketing grounds. While persuading his higher educational qualifications, Sudharma read for his MBA at AeU of Malaysia, which could be perfectly blended along with his management skills and over 2 decades of travel trade experience. Sudharma contributed well, towards the tourism industry in Sri Lanka by launching Seat-in-Coach tours way back in 2004, which was a novel concept introduced to the Island at that time. Mr. De Silva currently holds the office of Vice-President at Association of Small & Medium Enterprises of Tourism (ASMET) and serves as a committee member of IATA Agents Association of Sri Lanka (IATA-AASL).

Possessing a wealth of experience in the Tourism Industry, Swarnamalie has been with the WTC Team since 2007. She has a vast knowledge of the geographical aspects of many interesting tourist destinations across the globe and is much interested in exploring her own country using the slightest chance away from office. Well known as Mali within close circles, she uses the skills of marketing & sales for business development and years of hands-on experience on the job has made her an integral part of the team responsible for creating new products.
