Recent color photographs size of 2 inch X 2 inch (about 50mm X 50mm) , showing full frontal view of face against a White background.
Valid current passport (at least 6 months validity with 2 adjacent blank pages for affixing visa and Immigration stamp) and previous passports.
Copy of N.I.C. card or Birth Certificate (For Sri Lankan nationals only)
No objection letter from either of the parents if the child is traveling with one
parent or, both parents should sign the visa application form..
Additional documents are required depending upon the type of visa applied for.
